Only until the last few years, comparatively little research in psychology focused on thriving and positive strategies for personal and professional performance. Critical areas such as fulfillment, cross-contextual happiness, compelling future, gratitude, and sustainability remained largely unexplored.
In the late 1990’s, a movement began for mental health experts to explore the differences between what constitutes a life of fulfillment and one that is felt to be unfulfilled. Since then, we’ve seen a rapid expansion in research into strategies of how to experience “more” of life as well as how to adapt and thrive in the midst of life’s challenges. Research has shown this thriving-despite-the-odds approach to be predictive of life and organizational success.
The culmination of various technologies have been continuously evolving into what are now called Neuro Strategies. For over 20 years, Steve Linder has been an ardent student of the empirical examination of individuals who are flourishing and organizations that are thriving – despite environmental conditions that would seem to hinder such progress.
